Returns
We accept eligible returns requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. STŌSET will provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Preorders
Preorder items are available to purchase before they are ready to ship. The estimated shipping window will be listed on the product page.
When will my preorder ship?
Your estimated shipping timeline will be shown on the product page at the time of purchase. While we do our best to meet these dates, preorder timelines may shift.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Yes. Preorders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before fulfillment. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
What if my order contains both in-stock and preorder items?
Orders containing preorder and in-stock items may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise noted.
Will I be charged when I place my preorder?
Yes. Payment is collected in full at checkout to reserve your item.
Can I return a preorder item?
Yes. Eligible preorder items may be returned in accordance with our standard return policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. Shipping is free over $250.
